Fill in the booth application table, then add stamp and scan, and send it to the organizing committee through express or fax. The booth fee shall be fully remitted to the Organizing Committee account within three working days after applying for the booth. Otherwise, the organizer will not retain the exhibition booth confirmed in the exhibition application.
The allocation principle of booth order: “applying early, paying early, arranging early”. If exhibitors quit midway after signing up for the exhibition, the fee have been paid will not refundable. If the payment is not made within the specified time, the booth will not be reserved. For the sake of the overall image of the exhibition, the organizing committee has the right to adjust individual booths and have the final interpretation.
